Hi there! I’m Louie Ford, aka Pinbug, and I am an illustrative/Neo-traditional tattoo artist in Southeast Michigan. I love creating bright, bold, and fun tattoos ! I have a love for color, but I also have a lot fun tackling black and gray projects as well.

I began my tattoo apprenticeship in late 2019, but had to take a pause in 2020 when the world shut down. Luckily, I couldn’t be kept away from my passion, and in May of 2023 I officially became a full time tattoo artist !

Over the last few years, I’ve been developing merchandise- initially just something people could look at and buy while getting tattooed, but that’s grown into having a small storefront and planning future conventions as not just a tattoo artist, but a vendor as well!

As I continue to grow, I hope to guest spot around the country and do conventions along the way. There’s nothing I love more than sharing my art and nerding out with others, and I’m so excited about the path in front of me.
